Season Five - Show Thirteen - June 6th 2010

This weeks special studio guest is Elliot Sutcliff from Elliot and the Wolf! We listen to 3 of his original tunes. We also play a variety of recordings we have made over the last few months. Phone interviews with Jack Griffith (My Elvis Blackout, Marc Hadley from Kabasa, A Beach Supreme and the PKT Trio. We also talk with Neil Gates about Falmouths latest new venue, The Underground!

 

 

 

Season Five - Show Twelve - May 31st 2010

This weeks show has Mervin Hall from Shades of Blue as our special studio guest. Not only does he plays three original tracks for us, but he also bought in his new album from which we play a couple of the fantastic tracks! Also on tonights show, we catch Martin Skew's performance at the Moor last Saturday, PFT Trio playing at Event Square, Ultrateeze and Emily Maughan playing at Studio 35 and the wonderful new song from Issy, Lilly and Fred. A good bank holiday show!

 

 

 

Season Five - Show Eleven - May 24th 2010

On this show, we have the pleasure of the company of John Greene as our studio guest. He plays three original songs for us. We also re-play the performances of Martin Skews and the Peoples String Foundation who played at the Moor last Saturday. One of the other groups performing were Issy, Lilly and Fred. We listen to the first ever airplay of their new song! And if that is not enough, we catch up with Kat Marsh at the Gilly Beach cafe and Toby from Auction for the Promise Club calls in to update us on the forthcoming EP launch!.

 

 

 

Season Five - Show Ten - May 17th 2010

Our special studio guest star on this show is Jess Wilson! We also speak with Ben and Zade from the Peoples String foundation as well as lots of original music from local artists!.

 

 

 

Season Five - Show Nine - May 10th 2010

This is the show where Tristan O'Meara makes his first appearence since being back from India! - We also listen to Helm and the All Starts recording at the Trubadore Studios, Bemz and Mark Heathen, Clare Tomlinson and a live recording of the PKT Trio at Penryn Fare Day.

 

 

 

Season Five - Show Eight - May 3rd 2010

Tonights May Day show has special guest Sam Bradbury who plays 3 of his tunes. We also have a world exclusive in that we play the Ice Cold Idiots new track and chat live to Morgan Roberts on the phone. We also enjoy Studio 35 recordings from Emily Maughan, Leanne Pereira, Squid Hand and The Sell Out Men!! Simon went to Penryn Fare day and chatted with and listened to the PKT Trio. And as if that is not enough we also listen to the original 'Live at 35' featuring All the Fires who played a brillant gig at the Kings in Penryn that night.

 

 

 

Season Five - Show Seven - April 26th 2010

In this the scripless impromtu show, we welcome live to the studio Tony Haven who plays no less than 3 live tunes in his own special way! Also opportunities to listen to previous recordings in the form of Tristan O'Mera, Squid Hand, Sam and Cally and many more. We also listen to the latest recording from Auction from the Promise Club. A great show!!

 

 

 

Season Five - Show Six - April 19th 2010

This week we are pleased to welcome Josie Ghost of Josie and the Love Cats to Studio 35. You can enjoy the results! We also speak with Helen Schilling about a gig to raise money for Shelter Box. By popular request, we play the two tunes performed by Ross Kessell and Barney Savage live at the Sawmills, back to back! And as if that is not enough, you can enjoy original tunes by Emily Maughan, Jess Wilson, John Green and Hanterhir.

 

 

 

Season Five - Show Five - April 10th 2010

The one where we were invited guests of the band Ultrateeze at the Sawmill Studios on the banks of the River Fowey! Live music provided by Barny Savage and Ross Kessell. A wonderful place to do a show!!

 

 

 

Season Five - Show Four - April 3th 2010

Easter Bank holiday and we feature, PK Trio, Leanne Pereira, Emily Maughan, David Morris, Josie and the Love Cats, Sophie Stokes, The Toilet Monsters and Ultrateeze complete with a live interview with Ross the bass guitarist. NOTE - There is a fault on the recording with channels - Please dont adjust your set!

 

 

 

Season Five - Show Three - March 29th 2010

On tonights show we feature live in the studio the music of Martin Skewes. Live at 35 this week is Emily Maughan. We also speak with Josie from Josie and the Love cats about what the band is up to and the exclusive news of their Glastonbury appearance! Also tunes from Jess Wilson, Richard Morris and Hanna Ro, Squid Hand, Clare Tomlinson and Tony Haven.

On tonights show we feature the Jazz of the PKT Trio and Squid Hand. Live at 35 this week we are delighted to present Sophie Stokes, and our very special studio guest performer is Richard Morris. We also speak with Sam Strict from IPony.

 

 

 

Season Five - Show One (The one where Ross and Barny covered for Pete)- March 15th 2010

Tonights show started with Simon and Barny, and was joined by Ross later on! - We feature Josie and the Love Cats talking about the new video, chat to Auction for the Promise Club and Felisha from Sports Relief. We also have a special guest in the studion in the form of David Morris, who played his two latest tunes for us!
